Denver, Colo. — April 4, 2012 — Religion and spirituality have long played a major role in American politics, lifestyles, and social mores. Some would say this has never been truer than it is today, despite a marked decline in church attendance, especially among Gen Xers and millenials. 5280, Denver’s top magazine, wanted to explore this apparent contradiction and delve a little deeper into the spiritual debate in their April 2012 issue, so they reached out to Resolution Research and our in-house panel, Resolution Panel, for help. Resolution surveyed just over 400 people in the Denver-Boulder-Colorado Springs areas about the kinds of roles religious practices and spirituality play in their lives. The results were analyzed and neatly packaged by 5280’s team of editors and experts and published in their current issue “Believe”. You can check out the results here. If you’re local, be sure to pick up a copy, available on newsstands now.
